This website serves as a companion to my professional résumé, offering recruiters a deeper insight into my experience and expertise.

Having recruited many People myself in the past, I recognize that the constraints of an interview—whether due to time, nerves, or an imperfect process—can sometimes leave important aspects of ones professional journey unexplored.

Through this platform, I aim to provide a comprehensive view of my skills, accomplishments, and contributions, ensuring that nothing is overlooked.

Whether you're preparing for an upcoming interview with me or in the early stages of candidate vetting, this site is designed to help you better understand the value I bring to the table.

The "About Me" section aims to talk a bit about me as a person and my journey.
The "Experience" section aims to talk a bit about the concrete experience I have.
The "Principle" sections are really at the heart of this website and aim to showcase my thinking around QA Management and Leadership in general and how I might go about these things on a day-to-day.
In the "First 100 Days" section I aim to roughly outline how I've approached coming into a new organization, though there may of course be variations depending on each unique situation.
