People-Driven
People are at the heart of a well functioning organization. I think it's important for the people within QA to have a People-focus (details here) and as a QA Manager I like to position myself as a strong People manager, the details of which you can read through this link.

Communication-Driven
Communication is vital but does not come easy to everyone. I have coached and managed expectations around communication and have helped People improve their communication skills.

Empathy-Driven
If my leadership style can be defined by anything else than People-Driven, it's Empathy-Driven. I have gone out of my way to hold informal 1-2-1 meetings when People experience hardships by taking walks with them and lending them an ear, and to them it has made all the difference.
